WARNING: NOT for the Squeamish! How Much is a golf ball worth? Not quite an arm and a leg. This just has to be the worst golf accidents, lets hope this guy makes a full recovery! Yes a 77 year old man playing on Fripps Ocean Creek golf course was attacked by an alligator when he tried to recover his ball. Though these pictures are real, the story isnt quite accurate in relation to one of the pictures. Quick thinking wildlife officials captured the alligator to remove the mans arm and flew him to Medical University of South Carolina Charleston to try and re-attach the arm, severed at the elbow. The picture of the arm in the alligators mouth is actually from another incident a few years earlier, but it makes the story complete. The rest of the images are correct.
